Self-Guided Computer Tutorials, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friends Room. Learn at your own pace with these self-guided tutorials on the Windows operating system for beginners and intermediate users. An instructor will get you started and answer questions. Choose from Keyboarding, Mouse Tutorial, Basic Skills, Computer Basics, Files and Folders, Exploring the Web, Basic or Intermediate Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Presentations. Please bring headphones or purchase a set at the library.

Early Bird Book Sale for Callaway Friends members, 4:30-6 p.m., Friends Room. This pre-sale is for members of the Friends of the Callaway County Public Library. Not a member? You can join at the door. Memberships are $5 for individuals or $10 for a family. Please do not bring barcode scanners to this portion of the sale.

Friends of the Callaway County Public Library Book Sale, 9 a.m.-noon., Friends Room. Come by the library and browse hundreds of used books. Hardbacks are $1 and paperbacks are only $0.50. All proceeds benefit library programs and services. You can donate your gently-used books at the library anytime during regular business hours.
Callaway County Back to School Fair, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Callaway Christian Church, 2051 Silver Drive. Library staff will share back-to-school reading incentives, school supplies and more.
