Mike Graham, from left, a firefighter, turns back Friday to ask Todd Weber, driver/operator, and Capt. Eric Smith a question at Station 3 in Springdale. Stations 2 and 3 are only big enough to accommodate three firefighters and one engine.

Deputies found Dara Lander, 24, of Wright City, and Timothy Bodimer, 47, of Warrenton, taking items from a residence in the 10600 block of State Road B. After speaking with the property owner, it was determined Lander and Bodimer did not have permission to be on the property or permission to remove items, according to reporting officer Sgt. Curtis Hall.

During the course of the investigation, stolen property was recovered from a vehicle Bodimer and Lander had occupied. Drug paraphernalia also was recovered from the vehicle, and both were arrested.

Lander and Bodimer were charged with second-degree burglary, felony stealing and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bodimer posted a $15,000 bond and was released from the Callaway County Jail. Lander remains in the Callaway County Jail on a $15,000 bond, according to a sheriff's office news release.

Both Bodimer and Lander have previous convictions for stealing and narcotics possession.

The investigation is ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.
