Q. What was your first job?

A. My first job was babysitting actually, but if you want to talk about like payroll, it was McDonald's.

Q. Who most inspires you (living or dead)?

A. My mother. My mom was amazing.

Q. What have you done in life that was most fulfilling?

A. Being a mom, honestly. Being a mom is the best thing I could have ever done in my life.

Q. What is something that you are proud of that you have been recognized for?

A. Something that I've been recognized for? Oh gosh, I don't know that I've ever been recognized for anything. Not like any public recognition, I don't think I've had any ever. I'm pretty boring.

Q. What profession, other than your own, would you like to attempt?

A. I would love to be a photographer if I could do anything.

Q. What profession would you not like to do?

A. I don't ever want to be a sewage worker.

Q. What is something that nobody knows about you?

A. I'm a cancer survivor.

Q. What is your favorite thing about Callaway County?

A. The close-knit community. It's great for me. I love having the small towns where I can take my kids and feel like they're safe. Like today - just be out and enjoy the day and not have to worry about whether (my son will) get hurt.
