Fulton High School Student Council receives award

The Honor Council Committee of Missouri Association of Student Councils recently announced the Fulton Senior High School Student Council has been awarded the Missouri Association of Student Councils Gold Award.

Honor Council presentations were made at the annual MASC Convention held at Platte County High School.

This honor is based on an application submitted by the Fulton Student Council. The student council met the criteria by having a comprehensive program in promoting student activities and student leadership. Activities include school service, spirit, community service, student and teacher recognition, and leadership training activities.

The association also recognized the efforts of advisers Janet Trowbridge and Jody Troesser, and Chris Mincher, high school principal.
