Four Fulton residents arrested on drug charges

Four Fulton residents have been arrested after a narcotics search warrant was served Tuesday.

Carol Anderson, 22, and Devin Terry, 29, were arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. Richard Scott Hedges, 45, and Stephanie Northcutt, 17, were arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, deputies with the Callaway County Sheriff's Office and the MUSTANG drug task force executed the search in the 4900 block of Larry Court, according to a release. The officers uncovered heroin, methamphetamine and narcotics packaging materials.

On Wednesday afternoon, Anderson and Terry were still incarcerated at the Callaway County Jail pending bond. Both Hedges and Northcutt made bond and have been assigned court dates.

The investigation is ongoing; further charges could be forthcoming, officers said.
