Veterans receiving treatment at VA healthcare facilities can compete in creative self-expression in art, creative writing, dance, drama and music as part of their therapy in an annual art show.
The event also provides an opportunity to gain recognition for these artistic accomplishments. The artwork provided by local veterans will be on public display on March 7 at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Columbia.
