HARTSBURG, Mo. — Senior Logan Taylor took second place individually with an 82 to spark the South Callaway Bulldogs golf team to a third-place finish at the Southern Boone Invitational on Wednesday at Eagle Knoll Golf Club.
Junior Blake Parker came in sixth with an 83 as South Callaway produced a 363 team total. Medalist Walker Kesterson shot a 66 to lead Southern Boone to the team championship with a 314. Blair Oaks followed in second place with a 338.
“(Eagle Knoll) is a very tough course, but we played extremely well,†Bulldogs head coach Katy Hiatte said.
South Callaway plays in the Centralia Invitational at 9 a.m. Monday.
