3 Fulton residents in custody following burglary

Callaway County Sheriff's deputies arrested three Fulton residents following a burglary investigation in the 6600 block of State Road NN Saturday, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.

Deputies obtained a search warrant for another home on the same block for an purported connection to the investigation. While executing the search warrant, deputies allegedly discovered several prepackaged bags of suspected methamphetamine in a safe. Deputies also located stolen items and drug paraphernalia during the search.

At the residence, deputies arrested 26-year-old Barbara Infield and 25-year-old Daniel Infield for narcotics possession.

While deputies searched the Infield's residence, a deputy located another suspect in the overall investigation, Russell Moore Jr., 25, near State Road O and County Road 131. Moore resisted arrest and fled from the deputy, but was later arrested. The deputy found 36 grams of suspected methamphetamine inside Moore's car.

All three residents are in custody at the Callaway County Jail.

Daniel Infield faces possible charges for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance with bond set at $25,000, along with an Audrain County Failure to Appear warrant with a $5,000 bond.

Barbara Infield faces possible charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence in a felony investigation. Her bond was set at $10,000.

Moore faces possible charges of distribution of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and four counts of forgery with bond set at $40,000.

The MUSTANG task force is assisting the sheriff 's department with the ongoing investigation, the press release stated.
