Bulldogs junior Logan Taylor trimmed three shots off his opening-round effort in the final 18 holes of the Class 2 state championships on Tuesday at Rivercut Golf Course.
Taylor - tied for 72nd after a round - logged an 18-over-par 90 in the second to post a two-round total of 183 and tie with three others for 67th.
Blair Oaks' Tanner Elder (72-68-140) edged out teammate and defending state champion Kory Franks for the individual title.
Barstow (311-309-620) claimed the team championship.
