Children play games, enjoy treats at free carnival

Hundreds of Missouri middle and high school students hosted a free carnival for area children on Tuesday at William Woods University.

The carnival, sponsored by the Missouri Association of Student Councils, featured a variety of games and children were served cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones.
