A derailed Amtrak passenger train in Higginson, Wednesday.
Charles Tyrone Webb, 41 of Fulton, was arrested for possession of Marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia on Friday morning, according to a Fulton Police Department press release.
Fulton Police and the MUSTANG Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at a Fulton home Friday morning. During the search, officers found Marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the release.
Webb was arrested and then released on summons. The investigation is ongoing and future charges may be pending.
