The Fulton Hornets wrestling team prevailed in its closest call of the season.
The Hornets held off the hosting Dragons 35-34 to clinch first place at the fourth-annual Ste. Genevieve Dual Tournament on Saturday.
Fulton (16-0) is currently the top-ranked team in Class 2 according to the www.rankwrestlers.com poll.
The Hornets also logged dual victories over Dexter (58-21), St. Clair (72-10) and Roosevelt (79-0).
