Fulton Education Center (FEC) started preschool screening for the semester and has several upcoming opportunities for children to participate.

Preschool screening is done when a child is between the ages of three and five. It can be done when they are already enrolled in preschool or prior to enrolling. FEC said preschool screening gives teachers and parents information about a child's motor skills and academics.

FEC will hold preschool screenings on March 9, April 13 and April 20. To schedule a child in Fulton for preschool screening at FEC, call 590-8050.

Furthermore, the FEC's new preschool program, which opened its doors Dec. 1, still has a handful of open spots. Students can enroll in the new preschool program anytime.
