Barney Forsythe smiles Tuesday evening as State Representative Travis Fitzwater discusses Barney Forsythe and his wife Jane's time in the community at the Westminster College President's Residence in Fulton. Westminster College President Barney Forsythe and Westminster First Lady Jane Forsythe hosted the Fulton and Callaway County community Tuesday as an opportunity to say farewell to the place they've called home for a decade. Barney Forsythe will retire at the end of the school year. He and Jane Forsythe have plans to move to South Carolina in June.
