The city of Fulton's asphalt overlay project is currently underway and will wrap up at the end of October, according to City Administrator Bill Johnson.

APAC presented the low bid to the city at more than $452,500. The city typically sets aside $250,000 each year for overlays, but $100,000 from the sewer and water departments each has been added to the initial figure, making this year's project bigger.
