MARSHALL - The William Woods University Lady Owls managed just three shots on goal in falling to the Missouri Valley College Lady Vikings 4-0 on Friday night.
Missouri Valley midfielder Andrea Garcia netted a pair of second-half goals, while forwards Inma Martinez and Katlyn Jacques scored in the first and second half, respectively.
Sophomore goalkeeper Brittany Griffin posted 12 saves for William Woods University (2-4-1).
The Lady Owls return to play at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, in an American Midwest Conference match at Williams Baptist (Arkansas) College.
