Lady Hornets volleyball team downs Osage

Fulton extends win streak to three

Senior setter Kat Berry handed out 10 assists as the Fulton Lady Hornets ran their winning streak to three matches with a 25-20, 25-14 win over the School of the Osage Lady Indians on Thursday night at Roger D. Davis Gymnasium.

Fulton (6-6-2) received four kills apiece from senior middle hitter Madison Murphy, junior middle hitter Rylea Troesser and freshman outside hitter Kate Pani.

Pani tallied a team-high five digs, junior right-side hitter Madi Tobias served five aces and Murphy logged two blocks.

"The improvements we have made in the short time I have been with them are unbelievable," Lady Hornets head coach Coleman Lee said. "I think people are starting to realize how good we can truly be when everyone shows up to play."

Fulton plays at Battle in Columbia at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
