Ronald Reed, 70, was pronounced dead at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center in Fulton at 11:25 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23.
Reed was serving a 20-year sentence for first-degree child molestation and sexual misconduct from Greene County. He came to the Missouri Department of Corrections on Oct. 1. He died of apparent natural causes.
