Fulton woman arrested, charged with burglary, robbery and domestic assault

Fulton Police officers received a call of an assault in progress at about 12:08 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 19 on the 900 block of East Morningside Drive in Fulton.

When officers arrived, they determined that Stephanie Daylee Teter, 23, of Fulton forcefully entered a home after being told to leave. Teter, while inside the home, started to take items. The home's owner - and ex-boyfriend of Teter - attempted to stop her from taking things and she allegedly assaulted him.

Fulton PD took Teter into custody and charged her with burglary in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and domestic assault in the second degree. She was then taken to Callaway County Jail. She is being held on a $19,000 bond.
