Second narcotics roundup yields more than 22 arrests in Callaway

A continuation of a narcotics round up for drug-related crimes led to 22 more arrests in Callaway County Thursday, 17 of them local residents.

A press release from the Mid-Missouri Unified Strike Team and Narcotics Group (MUSTANG) said suspects were arrested for distribution of controlled substances, including heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, marijuana and prescription pills. The arrests and charges are the result of an undercover investigation between the MUSTANG Drug Task Force and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control.

The raid was conducted by MUSTANG, the Callaway County Sheriff's Office, the Fulton Police Department, the Cole County Sheriff's Department, the Jefferson City Police Department and the highway patrol.

Callaway County residents arrested during the raid as of 2 p.m. Thursday:

•Tyler N. Clark, 24, Fulton, charged with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $40,000.

•Doris Galbreath, 60, Fulton, four counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $80.000.

•Andrew Ray, 24, Fulton, three counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $60,000.

•Jessica Harris, 27, Fulton, three counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $60,000.

•Danel Pittman Jr., 21, Fulton, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $40,000.

•John Holsman II, 36, Fulton, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $50,000.

•Douglas A. Cole, 33, Fulton, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $20,000.

•Thomas Epperson, 20, Fulton, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $10,000.

•Fredetta Gillette, 62, Fulton, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $20,000.

•Larae Womack, 38, Fulton, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $20,000.

•David Kirby, 19, Fulton, one count of distribution of a controlled substance near public housing, bond set at $50,000.

•Anthony Kysar, 51, Portland, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $20,000.

•Dexter Richmond, 42, Fulton, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $50,000.

•Debbie Hursman, 50, Fulton, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $40,000.

•Devin Terry, 27, Holts Summit, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $30,000.

•Randy Clark, 55, Fulton, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $40,000.

•Charles Braxton, 36, Fulton, three counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $60,000.

Cole County residents arrested in the raid:

•Nicholas Anglen, 20, Jefferson City, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $15,000.

•Louis Richmond, 33, Jefferson City, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $30,000.

•Joseph Pelchat, 31, Jefferson City, one count of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $20,000.

•Douglas Wright, 40, Jefferson City, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, bond set at $20,000.

According to the release, additional indictments and arrests are anticipated throughout the MUSTANG Drug Task Force area.
