Owls' baseball team adds St. Joseph recruit

William Woods University head coach Darren Munns recently announced the signing of St. Joseph Bishop LeBlond graduate Patrick Dillon to a letter of intent for the 2015 season.

Dillon was a four-year letterwinner at Bishop LeBlond, where he was a three-time all-city, all-district and all-conference choice. He was also a two-time all-state pick and helped lead Bishop LeBlond to consecutive district championships.

“I am excited Patrick Dillon has signed to play baseball at William Woods,” Munns said. “Patrick has been a leader in a very strong high school program at Bishop LeBlond.

“He will have an immediate impact on our program and I look forward to working with Patrick the next four years.”

Dillon plans to major in business.
