A Holts Summit woman was arrested Saturday after authorities say she fired a gun at her boyfriend during a dispute.
At about 12:20 a.m. Jan. 4, Callaway County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a firearm discharge in the 1300 block of South Summit Drive.
Authorities investigating the area contacted Jennifer Clark, 37, who allegedly made statements indicating she had fired a weapon.
A release from the Callaway County Sheriff's Office states officers investigated and found she had fired a .30-30 rifle "in the direction of her boyfriend after an argument."
Clark was arrested and transported to the sheriff's office charges of first degree domestic assault, felony unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal infraction. She later posted $100,000 bond.
