Amanda Atterberry and Brad Luether battle high winds, below-zero temperatures and drifting snow as they shovel out sidewalks at Fulton Senior Apartments off Saint Eunice Road Monday. Atterberry, her sister Ashley and friends Leuther and Caleb Ward put out messages on Facebook volunteering to shovel anyone's sidewalk or driveway who couldn't get out to do it on their own. "You don't see anyone doing anything nice anymore and it's kind of a surprize when it happens," Ashley Atterberry said, explaining why she and her friends volunteered. "I think that's sad."
