Fulton police arrest 2 for burglary of local clothing resale shop

Fulton Police have arrested two men, charging them with stealing from Incentive Resale, 1201 S. Business Highway 54 in Fulton.

According to a press release from the Fulton Police Department, two people broke into the store about 10:35 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, and stole several items. At 9:54 a.m. Sunday, the release stated, the same two people entered the store and staff detained them while police were notified.

Eric C. Warner, 19, of Fulton and Forest Warford IV, 23, of Fulton were arrested and both charged with second degree burglary, felony property damage and felony stealing. Warford was also charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Callaway County Jail. Warner's bond is set at $13,500 and Warford's bond is set at $14,000.
