The William Woods University Theatre Department has teamed up with the community for the Christmas-themed comedy "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever." Grace Bradley must take over directing the church's annual Christmas pageant, and when she does, she's met with an unusual challenge - the delinquent Herdman brothers and sisters. The Herdmans take over the leading roles after bullying the other children not to volunteer for the parts and small town chaos ensues.
"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" shows at Dulany Auditorium on the William Woods campus at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4-6 with a 2 p.m. matinee on Dec. 7. Deaf interpreters will be at the Dec. 4 show.
Tickets cost $10 for adults; $6 for seniors (62 and older); $7 for students, faculty and staff; and $5 for children. Tickets can be purchased by calling (573) 592-4267 or online at showtix4u.com.
