The Ladybirds were outscored 30-18 in the second half in bowing to the Lady Panthers 45-39 on Tuesday night.
North Callaway (0-2) led 21-15 at halftime, but was outgained 15-6 in the third quarter and 15-12 in the fourth to come up short.
Senior guard Elaine Brinker tallied 13 points to guide the Ladybirds. Junior guard Maddie Ausfahl scored seven points off the bench.
