North Callaway junior center fielder Elaine Brinker smacked a one-out single in the bottom of the seventh inning to score junior right fielder Kaysey Huddleston, sending the Ladybirds to a 1-0 Eastern Missouri Conference win over Bowling Green on Thursday.
North Callaway (10-0, 5-0 EMO) held the Lady Bobcats without a hit, marking the team's fifth no-hitter of the season and the fourth thrown by junior pitcher Danielle Cassidy. Cassidy struck out 13 and walked three in seven innings.
