Fulton man arrested after one-car accident

Timothy L. Lynn, 36, Fulton, was arrested after he was involved in a one-car accident during the weekend.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Lynn was arrested on four charges after the accident. They included a felony charge of driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, driving a vehicle when his driver's license was revoked for the second time, failure to register a vehicle with the Missouri Department of Revenue, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

The patrol reported the accident occurred at 7:42 p.m. Friday in Miller County.

Lynn was northbound on Missouri 17 about .8 mile south of Finch Road when the 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier he was driving crossed the center line, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch.

With minor injuries, Lynn was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

Lynn was wearing a seat belt and the vehicle he was driving had moderate damage, the patrol reported.
