Fulton councilmembers Mary Rehklau, Mike West and Wayne Chailland examine new countertops Tuesday in a Fulton Housing Authority senior and disabled unit that had just been renovated. The council and other city officials held their work session at the housing authority's offices in the John C. Harris Community Center, eating dinner in the Fulton Soup Kitchen and learning more about the various units, accommodations and safety procedures currently implemented.
