Fulton woman injured in two-vehicle collision

Stacey N. Wilfley, 38, Fulton, was injured Sunday when her car collided with a pickup truck.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident occurred at 6 p.m. Sunday when a northbound pickup truck driven by Richard A. Henderson, 35, Mexico, crossed the center line and collided with Wilfley's southbound 2012 Kia Optima sedan. The accident occurred on Missouri 15 at County Road 332 in Audrain County.

Wilfrey had moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Audrain Medical Center in Mexico. A passenger in her vehicle, Sandra K. Harrison, 54, Rocheport, had moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Boone Hospital in Columbia.

Both vehicles were damaged extensively and all occupants of both vehicles were wearing seat belts except Henderson, the patrol reported.
