Columbia — The William Woods Lady Owls had the game, and an automatic bid to the NAIA Tournament in the palm of their hands.
Now, after a 91-83 loss to the Columbia College Lady Cougars in the American Midwest Conference Tournament at Southwell Complex on Monday night, the Lady Owls must sit and hope for an at-large bid.
