Fulton Police Monday night arrested Gregory Alan Billstein, 48, Columbia, as a chronic offender of driving while intoxicated for the second time in three days.
Police at 10:03 p.m. Monday responded to a traffic accident at Route F and Gaylord Drive in Fulton.
When officers arrived they found a vehicle had driven off Route F and down a hillside into a ditch.
Billstein was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Police arrested Billstein on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender and driving while his license was revoked.
Police reported Billstein has four convictions for driving while intoxicated. Only three days earlier, police reported, he was arrested on Friday in St. Louis County on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender.
