Hank Stratman, Holts Summit, a retired U.S. Army major general, has been appointed as a member of the board of directors of the American Red Cross Heart of Missouri Chapter, which includes Callaway County and 20 other Central Missouri counties.
Stratman is one of five new members of Red Cross Heart of Missouri Chapter.
Stratman is a decorated U.S. Army veteran who retired as a major general after 33 years of military service.
The other new members of the board of directors are Roy Beal, Debbie Brown, Ann Lock and Beth Schmidt, all of Jefferson City.
All five new members will serve three-year terms as members of the Red Cross board of directors.
