Hughes, Lady Hornets down Mexico in NCMC play

After the Moberly Lady Spartans drubbed her team 50-29 last Friday night, Fulton Lady Hornets head coach T.J. Quick had, what she termed, as a heart-to-heart with her players. She wanted to see more resolve and fight in her team.

The talk seemed to work.

Led by senior guard Stephanie Hughes’ 15 points, Fulton dispatched the rival Mexico Lady Bulldogs in North Central Missouri Conference play on Monday night at Roger D. Davis Gymnasium.
