Annual black history program to focus on women

This year’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Black History Program, sponsored by the Fulton NAACP Branch and Youth Life Improvement Association, will focus on “Women Who Dared to Dream.”

This year’s event will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Guiding Light Missionary Church Annex.
