Digh-Lowe, Sanderson to join Fulton Wall of Fame

The Fulton High School Wall of Fame will expand by a pair when Dara Digh-Lowe (Class of 1989) and David Sanderson (Class of 1991) are inducted Friday night.

Digh-Lowe and Sanderson will join the select group during the induction ceremony at 7:15 p.m. at the high school’s Roger D. Davis Gymnasium. The inductions will take place before the Hornets’ varsity basketball game against North Central Missouri Conference foe Hannibal.

Sanderson was a three-sport standout with the Hornets, went on to become an All-American outfielder at the University of Missouri and was eventually drafted by the New York Mets. Digh-Lowe also starred in three sports with the Lady Hornets and later was a member of Washington University’s 1990-91 Final Four basketball team.
