MoDOT forum set Tuesday on state highway plan

Only chance to hear Mid-Missouri views

A Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) forum to gather the views of Callaway County and other Mid-Missouri residents will be Tuesday evening in Columbia.

The Central Missouri “On the Move” update is one of 16 MoDOT public forums scheduled around the state.

This session is the only opportunity for interested Callaway County and other Mid-Missouri residents to attend a MoDOT On the Move forum in Central Missouri.

University of Missouri President Timothy Wolfe will host the first listening session from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Reynolds Alumni Center, 123 Reynolds Alumni Center, Conley and Maryland avenues in Columbia.

Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the program starting at 6 p.m. The event is open to the public. But because of limited seating, attendees are asked to reserve a seat by e-mailing onthemove@modot.mo.gov or by visiting http://www.missourionthemove.org and reserving a seat online on the RSVP tab by noon on Monday.
