The city of Fulton has postponed their annual Big Bubble Blowout at the City Hall fountain until 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow, Aug. 13, due to severe weather.
The annual event turns the fountain into a bubble bath for children to play in before the start of school this week. The event is free and will include hot dogs and drinks, and a limited number of balloon animals.
