Fulton man arrested for domestic assault

A Fulton man was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault following an investigation Monday.

The Fulton Police Department took a report from a woman at about 12:40 p.m. Monday. A press release from the police department said the woman stated she had been physically abused by Brian K. Wade, 33, in July.

After an investigation, police arrested Wade and charged him with first degree domestic assault and two counts of second degree domestic assault.

Wade was on probation and parole as a persistent offender with multiple charges of second and third degree domestic.

He was transported to the Callaway County Jail, where he remains with a cash-only bond of $55,000.
