Kee brothers spur T-Birds’ attack in blitz of Silex

SILEX — Senior catcher Jake Kee and his brother, junior third baseman Chance Kee, both had two hits and drove in two runs apiece Wednesday night as the North Callaway Thunderbirds slammed Silex 12-2 in an EMO matchup.

North Callaway — remaining unbeaten at 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the Eastern Missouri Conference — put up a run in the top of the sixth inning to end the game on the 10-run rule. The Thunderbirds jumped out to a quick start, plating four runs in the first and adding three in the second, two in the third and two more in the fifth.
