By a vote of 101 to 14, Lake Mykee voters Tuesday approved issuing up to $1.5 million in revenue bonds to upgrade the town's sewer system.
For the town of Lake Mykee, three candidates filed for two open offices for the Lake Mykee Board of Trustees. They were incumbents Jay Clingman and Michael J. Quick, and James B. Frazer.
The two winners with the most votes were Quick with 76 votes and Clingman with 71 votes. Frazer had 58 votes.
John Marden, treasurer of the Lake Mykee Board of Trustees, thanked the voters for their overwhelming support for the bond issue, which passed with 87.83 percent of the vote.
