Three people hurt in one-vehicle crash

Three Kingdom City residents were injured Monday when a pickup truck driven by Corey J. Henry, 37, Kingdom City, ran off the road about four miles northeast of Auxvasse in Callaway County and hit a tree.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident occurred at 8:20 p.m. Monday when an eastbound 2009 Chevrolet Silverado pickup driven by Henry ran off the right side of the roadway on County Road 1045, about two miles east of U.S. 54.

Henry had moderate injuries. One passenger in the vehicle, Jadon C. Henry, 10, had moderate injuries. Another passenger, Eli K. Henry, 7, had minor injuries.

All three occupants of the vehicle were transported by ambulance to the Audrain Medical Center in Mexico.

The patrol reported the two occupants with moderate injuries, Corey Henry and Jadon Henry, were not wearing seat belts. The passenger with minor injuries, Eli Henry, was wearing a seat belt.

The vehicle was demolished.
