Callaway County Clerk Denise Hubbard said Monday she has decided not to reverse her earlier decision merging the Round Prairie and Guthrie voting precincts at Guthrie.
Hubbard said her decision was based on improved accessibility to handicapped voters and to savings of up to $2,000 per election, an $18,000 savings spread over four years.
Hubbard said since her decision several voters had contacted the County Clerkâs office both in favor of keeping the combined voting location at the Guthrie Community Church and in favor of moving it to the Carrington Baptist Church.

I think you may be mistaken on #4. I have voted early in the past and not been asked why.
