Hornets soccer team takes second at Hannibal Tournament

— The Fulton Hornets soccer team’s four-game winning streak was snapped in a 6-4 loss to the Southern Boone Eagles in the championship of the Hannibal Tournament on Saturday.

Fulton received a first-half goal from senior midfielder Howie Lee and found itself down 6-1 early in the second half. Hornets junior forward Trevor Neal scored in the 53rd and 71st minutes on assists from senior midfielder Jakob Hull to cut the lead in half.
