Honorary Chairpersons named for United Way fundraising effort

Charlie and Jo James of Fulton have been named as Honorary Chairpersons for the fall Callaway County United Way fundraising campaign.

"We are honored to have been asked," James said. "We are excited to be a part of this important campaign that benefits so many in Callaway County."

James said he and his wife will work closely with the board of directors and share information about the positive impact the United Way has in the community.

"This team," James said, "is going to work hard to make this year's goal of $261,000."

"My wife and I want to support all of the community groups funded by the Callaway County United Way," James said. "It's a community-wide effort to reach the fundraising goal."
