13 spans completed in Callaway County

A total of 13 bridges in Callaway County were repaired or replaced as part of MoDOT’s Safe and Sound Bridge Program.

The 13 Callaway County bridges included in the statewide program involving 802 bridges are:

• Route 94 over Eagle Creek — Bridge replacement completed in 43 days on Aug. 22, 2012.

• Route 94 over East Wing Creek — Bridge replacement completed in 43 days on July 3, 2012.

• Route PP over Middle River — Bridge replacement completed in 54 days on May 17, 2012.

• Route 94 over Auxvasse Creek — Deck replacement completed in 45 days on Oct. 28, 2011.

• U.S. 63 over Cedar Creek — Deck replacement completed in 45 days on May 26, 2011.

• Outer Road along I-70 over Maddox Creek — Bridge replacement completed in 36 days on Oct. 16, 2010.

• Old U.S. 54 over Smith Branch — Bridge replacement completed in 36 days on Sept. 16, 2010.

• Route Z over I-70 — Deck replacement completed in 70 days on July 23, 2010.

• Route M overpass on I-70 — Deck replacement completed in 87 days on Oct. 2, 2009.

• Route E over Four Mile Branch — Deck replacement completed in 38 days on Aug. 12, 2009.

• Route JJ overpass on I-70 — Deck replacement completed in 60 days on June 2, 2009.

• Route D overpass on I-70 — Deck replacement completed in 40 days on May 29, 2009.

• Route J overpass on I-70 — Deck replacement completed in 40 days on May 7, 2009.
