Trivia buffs, general know-it-alls and charitable souls will have a chance to join forces Nov. 10 for a worthy cause.
The Kingdom Projects' 15th annual trivia night fundraiser will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 at the KPI Recycling Center.
This year's theme will be "A Taste of Italy." Teams of eight or fewer contestants can pay a $200 entry fee to put their heads together and answer trivia questions and enjoy Italian food and drinks for the benefit of Kingdom Projects, Inc., a nonprofit sheltered workshop that provides employment opportunities for mentally or physically disabled adults.
Event coordinator Kathy Keeling said there will be 10 different trivia category. The winning team of each category would then pick from a table of prizes including gift certificates from local businesses for each member of the team.
"We never know what the questions will be until that night, because board members try to come up with the questions in advance," said Keeling. "We know there will be 10 categories, but we won't know what. They keep it secret."
