FPD responds to armed robbery at Holiday Inn Express

At approximately 1:48 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5 the Fulton Police Department responded to Holiday Inn Express, 2205 Cardinal Drive, in response to an armed robbery report.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the hotel clerk. The clerk said a white female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing a black zippered hoodie with the hood pulled over her head, a black trash bag with eyeholes cut out on her face and sunglasses entered the hotel and displayed a knife.

The clerk said the suspect said "give me the money, I'm not playing." After the clerk gave the suspect the money, the suspect left.
