ST. LOUIS — Fulton junior Jenny McCarty qualified for the Class 3 girls’ state track and field championships after winning both the 1,600 and 3,200 meters at the Sectional 2 championships Saturday at Mary Institute/Country Day.
Senior Corri Hamilton also advanced to the state championships by taking first in the 800 and coming in second behind McCarty in the 1,600.
