Hornets hold off Bulldogs 6-4

— Fulton senior pitcher Burke Echelmeier threw six innings, struck out six and allowed two earned runs as the Hornets downed the South Callaway Bulldogs 6-4 on Monday night. Echelmeier gave up five hits and walked three, winning for a third straight start and helping Fulton rebound from Saturday’s 2-1 loss to North Callaway in the finals of the Fulton Tournament. The loss snaps a five-game win streak for the Bulldogs.
